Can I still enter?

Entry for 2010 is now full.

Is there a waiting list?

No. The last few remaining places are now open to all on a first-come first serve basis.

How do I enter?

  • To enter you must first register and create an account.
  • Once you're logged in then select the region you'd like to play in.
  • You no longer need to pay a £50 deposit but can enter in one complete step by paying £250 online.
  • If you have already paid your deposit then select the option 'Pay the remainder of £200' when you choose your club.
  • Only once full payment of £250 is made will you be fully entered into the event.
  • All places are subject to availability.
  • If you don't complete your entry and choose a club this will result in the loss of your guaranteed place and deposit.

Waiting List

For those who joined the waiting list - your deposit is fully refundable should we not be able to offer you a place. No refund will be given if you decide not to take up your place. However deposits can be held and rolled over to next year, securing you a place in the 2011 Trilby Tour.

No. Once your outfit has been chosen we are unable to offer an exchange. A wide range will be available at the outset so make sure you pick the outfit you want. We advise choosing your clothing at the earliest opportunity to avoid disappointment as items are unable to be reserved.

All clothing will be supplied on a first-come first-serve basis. An email will be sent to you when the clothing options go up on the website.

I'm a woman - can I enter to play?

At this moment in time the Trilby Tour is a male-only event but if there is enough demand in the future then we may reconsider.

I'm a woman - can I caddy for a player?

Yes by all means, and you won't be the first as we welcome female caddies to come join us in the game.

Is there an age limit to enter?

The only rule we have is that players are over 18. Last year's event we welcomed players from 18 to 72!

Can I enter and play with a friend?

You may both enter the same region but in the interests of fair play we will not be able to place you in the same game as all 3-balls are drawn at random.

Can I use a GPS measuring device?

No - GPS measuring devices are not permitted to be used on the day of the competition

*Restrictions

All players and caddies must be able to walk the course unaided. No trollies, buggies or other motorized/mechanical devices are permitted.
