Terms and Conditions for Amateur Entrants 20101.1. The term ‘Entrant’ and 'Entrants' means 'you' the player who is named on the entry form in the William Hunt Trilby Tour. 1.2. ‘The Company’ means Trilby Tour (Golf Idol Ltd) 1.3. You recognize that the payment of £250 is ONLY the entry fee to the 2010 William Hunt Trilby Tour and is not payment for any garments or golf items, and any such items included are a bonus extra. 1.4. Only once full payment of £250 is made will you be fully entered into the William Hunt Trilby Tour. If you have paid a deposit to secure your place, the remainder of the payment must be made to secure your chosen venue. All places are subject to availability. Failure to choose a venue and complete your entry will result in the loss of your guaranteed place and deposit. 1.41 This does not affect those on the Waiting List if a place cannot be found. 1.5. Your full payment or deposit to the Trilby Tour is non-refundable. If you are unable to play or for any reason wish to cancel, this will result in the loss of your payment or deposit and place in the tournament. 1.5.1. The above does not apply to the those on the Waiting List, whose deposits are fully refundable should the company be unable to offer you a suitable place in the tournament. 1.6. You must be over eighteen on the day of your chosen tournament to enter the Amateur event 1.7. It is the entrant’s responsibility to ensure that they are available on the dates as advertised on our website 1.8. The company has the right to change the days and venues of the Trilby Tour and give you a minimum of 30 days notice 1.9. Only upon full payment will entrants receive at no extra cost; one top, one pair of trousers, one belt, one hat, one caddy outfit and one Callaway golf bag (subject to availability). 2.1. Clothing choices can only be made from the specified clothing range and sizes offered to entrants on the specified website. 2.2. The company reserves the right to give entrants an alternative outfit should the one chosen be unavailable. 2.3. We will endeavour to give you the clothing sizes from the information supplied by you, however in the unlikely event that your required size is not available then you will be given the nearest size available 2.4. If the size chosen by you is incorrect i.e. it does not fit, then the company is under no obligation to exchange the garments. All exchanges will be at the company's discretion. 2.5. If the garments supplied do not fit eg. the leg length is too long, then all subsequent and necessary alterations will be fall to the responsibility of the entrant. 2.6. It is the responsibility of the entrant to supply own caddy for the day/s of the tournament entered to play. Caddies must be able to carry the bag unassisted 2.7. On the day of the tournament - trolleys, range finders and GPS measuring devices are strictly not permitted 2.8. If you qualify for the finals or any other additional days you are required to keep all clothing received. This includes top and trouser selection, belt, hat, caddie outfit and Callaway bag as no other clothing will be issued 2.9. It is your responsibility to ensure all personal and address information on your account profile is correct and up to date. We bear no liability for issuing items to an incorrect address held by you. 3.1. Any goods received in conjunction with the tour are free gifts from the company. The Company will only guarantee an outfit as in point 1.9. 3.2. The company reserve the right to refuse entry of any entrant into the tournament. 3.3 You agree that any images or media recorded by the Company can be used in any way by the Company and can be assigned to a third party of the Company's choosing.  Terms and Conditions for Professional Entrants 20101.1. Only once full payment of £250 is made will you be entered in to the William Hunt Trilby Tour. If you have paid a deposit to secure your place, the remainder of the payment must be made within 90 days before your chosen tournament. Failure to pay the remainder by the due date will result in the loss of your deposit and place in the tournament 1.5. Your full payment or deposit to the Trilby Tour is non-refundable. If you are unable to play or for any reason wish to cancel, this will result in the loss of your payment or deposit and place in the tournament. 1.6. You must be over eighteen years of age on the day of your chosen tournament to enter the Professional event 1.7. It is the entrant’s responsibility to ensure that they are available on the dates as advertised on our website 1.8. The company has the right to change the days and venues of the Trilby Tour and give you a minimum of 30 days notice 1.9.
